Reception Style Wine Tasting

Your guests will be greeted with a reception wine to start the evening off.  Once most of your attendees have arrived, our credentialed instructor and Sommelier will spend some time introducing an international array of wines that he or she will be pouring for the evening.  Guests will serve themselves from a sumptuous buffet.  The rest of the night can be spent mingling, trying wines and foods.  Our instructor will be on hand to talk with your guests who are interested in learning more about the wines.

This experience includes food, instructor and 5 to 7 wines.  There are 3 levels of catering priced as outlined below. This event is a 2.5 hour event.  Minimum 16 people.

Options

Level I catering, 5 wines, $50 per person *

Level II catering, 7 wines, $62 per person *

Level III catering, 7 wines, $75 per person *

Add a LIVE Chef Station to your Event!

Guests will enjoy a LIVE chef station. Imagine a whole salmon being filled in front of you and then smoked on a stove top smoker! Chef will provide details on preparation and cooking techniques to those interested and will serve his/her creation, tapas style, to your guests.

Enomatic Receptions

Looking for a casual get together option? Come enjoy mingling and milling about in our comfortable space while serving yourself from our Enomatic wine dispensing system.  As your guests arrive they will be welcomed and introduced to our Enomatic machines.  The Enomatics are our cutting edge wine dispensing machines where guests can choose from a 1oz pour, half glass or full glass of 32 different wines!  Appetizers will also be available.  Guests will have an opportunity to meet, network and socialize at their leisure. We can provide an instructor for your event as well.  Please inquire.

This experience includes an Enomatic card for each guest and appetizers.  This is a 2 hour event.

Casual Gathering Packages

Similar to our Enomatic Receptions but no card involved. This is a great option if you prefer to be waited on!  As your guests arrive they will be welcomed with a reception wine.  Our knowledgeable Wine Host will offer additional wines for tasting throughout the event. Multiple menu option are available for your pre-selection.  Guests will have an opportunity to meet, network and socialize at their leisure. This is a 2 hour event.

  1. 5 wines to experience for a total of approximately 2 glasses of wine per person

Please note: no event date is confirmed until a 50% deposit has been paid and a contract has been signed by client.
