Designed for the ultimate culinary enthusiast, this unique chef-driven and inspired series goes beyond the basics to teach you the foundational knowledge and techniques taught in professional culinary programs. Our most serious cooking class ever, Culinary Boot Camp combines the best elements of an expensive, time-consuming culinary degree into a three-hour immersion workshop. And best of all, after your work is done, you get to enjoy your culinary creations in a multi-course meal paired with wine!

Join Chef Kristina, former lead instructor of Le Cordon Bleu’s Bleu Ribbon Kitchen and culinary school instructor of over 12 years, as she guides you on a culinary journey like no other, sharing the secrets of the pros to help you maximize your enjoyment, passion and love for cooking. Every class includes foundation builders such as sharpening your knife skills and selecting the proper equipment, plus expansion of advanced techniques from sauce and stock making, poaching, sautéing, braising, frying and baking to roasting, boiling, searing, emulsifying and reducing- all at your very own work station!

You’ll not only master the fine art of cooking but you’ll take with you the confidence, skills and knowledge to embark on your own culinary adventure at home!

Following the culinary workshop, you will enjoy a multi-course meal paired to perfection with complementary wines by your own personal sommelier.

About Chef Kristina Dahl:

Chef Dahl comes to Vino Venue with an extensive and varied background in upscale hotels and resort. After receiving her Bachelors of Science in Hospitality Administration from Georgia State University, Chef Dahl attended the culinary program at Johnson and Wales University in Charleston, South Carolina. Upon completion of her education, she began her culinary career at The Partridge Inn, a historical hotel in Augusta, Georgia where she was the sous chef. From there, Chef Dahl worked at Brasstown Valley Resort in Young Harris, Georgia as the sous chef broadening her skills in the art of ice carving. After a few years, she returned to Atlanta as the Executive Sous Chef at the Swissotel. During her duration at the Swissotel, Chef Dahl served as the Executive Chef where she successfully guided her kitchen through the hotel’s transition of management in becoming The Westin Buckhead. She transitioned into teaching culinary arts at Le Cordon Bleu for the past 12 years, where she teaches French culinary techniques. She is very passionate in the food she creates.
