Join us for a Southern-inspired Easter feast, and learn how to effortlessly whip up traditional holiday dishes with our simple recipes and instruction. Take your Easter brunch or dinner to new levels with Chef’s culinary tips and tricks so you can spend more time entertaining family and friends and less time in the kitchen! Our crowd-pleasing recipes will help you plan the perfect feast, whether you’re entertaining a table of 4 or 24. In addition to learning the secrets to perfectly moist baked ham, Chef will provide you with some make-ahead strategies, menu planning and hosting ideas so you can make the most of your holiday celebration.
You will first be met with light appetizers served with a side of Southern hospitality. You'll have a striking view of our impressive open demonstration kitchen. You'll don your apron, roll up your sleeves and your Chef will walk you through the preparations your meal. Once you've completed your meal, you will sit down and enjoy it with optional wine pairings.
Throughout the evening you'll learn about the recipes, food preparation, and the "why" behind the optional wine pairings from both your Chef and Somm.
All AWS cooking classes include an emphasis on wine, because that's who we are! If you would like to add more wine to your experience, you can taste 32 different wines in our Enomatics (wine dispensing system) or you can order wine by the glass or bottle.
