About Ca' del Bosco:

The enchanting Ca’ del Bosco story began in the mid-1960s when, in Erbusco, Franciacorta, the Zanella family bought a little house on a hill, locally known as “Ca’ del bosc” and surrounded by a dense grove of chestnut trees. The Ca’ del Bosco fairytale is written in its wines and its vineyards’ extensive weave. Maurizio Zanella saw in Franciacorta the land that would generate the finest fruits, both in still wines and in premium bubblies. The splendid Ca’ del Bosco tales began from this: a fairytale and a dream born to last through time.

“Ca’ del Bosco has been one of the leaders of Franciacorta, the famed metodo classico sparkling wine produced in Lombardia. Proprietor Maurizio Zanella produces one of the zone’s most brilliant cuvées, Anna Maria Clementi, a wine that spends between nine and ten years on its lees."
