In addition to learning about general pairing guidelines and suggestions, your sommelier instructor and cheese aficionado extraordinaire will discuss the major French wine regions, as well as the history, making and processes behind various cheese types, from fresh and creamy to aged and funky. Discover the magic and why behind crafting the perfect French wine and cheese pairing!
