Vino Venue invites you to experience a one hour workout & wine tasting session like no other, brought to you by Orangetheory Fitness of Chamblee. Build your energy levels while strengthening your core and increasing flexibility. Best of all this unique workout session includes a wine tasting of five perfectly curated wines for the ultimate sensory experience. 

Each session is limited to 12 participants. Please bring your exercise mat.

About Your Yoga Instructors:


Meet Thomas! He's been coaching for Orangetheory Fitness for 2 Years and just became our new Head Coach of Orangetheory Fitness Chamblee! He's also been coaching swimming for 10 years and almost qualified for the Olympics!

His favorite part of the job is helping people push past barriers and limits that they didn't think they could make it through! In his free time he likes to hangout with his rescue lab, Milli! 


They say dynamite comes in small packages...well Lara is just that!  Lara's passion for fitness shines through as she pushes others to give their absolute best. She'll not only make sure you have the best form in our functional exercise movements but she'll make sure we are working out in the most effective way. Lara started with Orangetheory about 2 years ago at our Chamblee location where she learned the operations side and started coaching. 

About Orangetheory Fitness:


Orangetheory Fitness. is a heart-rate based HIIT workout. Our coaches will guide you through our 5 different heart rate zones: resting, easy, challenging, uncomfortable and All Out, telling you when to push harder and when to pull back for recovery. The goal is to spend 12 minutes or more with your heart rate elevated in “The Orange Zone” to boost your metabolism, burn fat and burn more calories. We will utilize our water based rowers, our flex deck treadmills, and weight room to circuit you through the best full body workout.
