Chef’s Table Experience

As guests arrive they will be welcomed into our Enomatic area for a 30 minute reception. The Enomatics are our cutting edge wine dispensing machines where guests can choose from a 1.5oz pour, half glass or full glass of 32 different wines!  Light appetizers will also be available. Guests will have an opportunity to meet, network and socialize at their leisure.

Guests will then be welcomed into the AWS Chef’s Kitchen, sponsored by Dacor.  The venue is professional, state-of-the-art, and comfortable.  Guests will be seated IN the open kitchen!  This is an intimate experience for a maximum of 14 guests.  From the guest’s vantage point they will have a multi-sensory experience as their personal chef prepares the meal literally in front of them. Chef will provide details on preparation and cooking techniques. Your host Instructor/Sommelier will explain the wine pairings, why certain foods lend themselves to certain wines, and will provide stories of the wines along the way.  The dialog—conversation—presentation between Sommelier and Chef will be entertaining for guests and informative.  Guests will have the opportunity to watch the chef, converse with their table mates and enjoy some very interesting cuisine and wines.

This experience includes private use of our AWS Chef’s Kitchen event room, a premium food menu, wines, chef and instructor.  This event is a 2 hour event.  Maximum 14 people

LIVE Wine Dinner

Guests will then be welcomed into the AWS Chef’s Kitchen.  As they are seated they will have a striking view of an impressive open kitchen, sponsored by Dacor.  The venue is professional, state-of-the-art, and comfortable.

Your host Chef and Sommelier for the evening will introduce themselves.  A multi course meal will be prepared in front of you.  Imagine a whole salmon being filleted in front of you and then smoked on a stove top smoker!  Chef will provide details on preparation and cooking techniques.

Multi-Coursed Wine Dinner

As your guests arrive they will be met with a reception wine and light appetizers.

Guests will then be seated for a multi-course wine paired dinner.  Your host Sommelier for the evening will introduce him/herself and as each course is served he/she will introduce the wine being served and explain the pairings.  Your Sommelier will discuss why certain foods lend themselves to certain wines and will provide stories of the wines along the way.  Guests will have the opportunity to, converse with their table mates, ask the Sommelier questions and enjoy some very interesting cuisine and wines.

This experience is based on our restaurant menu options and is served in our restaurant setting and includes a reception, food, and wines.  This event is a 1.5 hour event.

Tapas and Wine Pairing

As your guests arrive they will be welcomed with a reception wine and welcomed by their Sommelier for the evening.  Guests will enjoy tapas style dishes with wine pairings throughout the evening.  The foods created can be themed based on client’s preferences.

Your Sommelier will not only pour the wines but discuss with guests the wines and reasons why they pair well with the foods chosen.

Additionally, San Pelligrino and Acqua Panna waters will be offered as well as Cheese and Charcuterie Display with nuts and olives and other accompaniments.

Guests will spend the evening mingling, trying wines and foods.  Toward the conclusion of the evening a special dessert and paired wine will be offered.
